CarQ Terms & Conditions
- All report requests may go through a review process and will be at the sole discretion of CarQ.
- CarQ will take about 24-36 hours if requested within the business hours for the generation of comprehensive reports (CarQ premium) and less than 15 minutes for basic reports (CarQ Express).
- The customer is solely responsible for completing the verification of the car before concluding the sale.
- The report might have a latency of 10-20 days as we are coordinating with multiple data sources (including offline data sources) to compose the report and will not have immediate service details included.
- CarQ reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any or all of the terms and conditions of the plan at any time without prior notice.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against CarQ.
- CarQ Vehicle History reports are based on information supplied to CarQ by our downstream partners . While we try our best to ensure that information contained in these reports are accurate , this is not a substitute to your own due diligence on car’s condition.
- CarQ report is solely based on the service history as per the authorised service center and any work carried out in unauthorised garages will not be reflected in the report. We imply not to rely solely on the information provided on the report to make any decisions about purchasing,selling or any other agreement.
- Any individual requisitioning reports on CarQ accepts the Terms and Conditions specified above in total.
- Users will not abuse or misuse the website or engage in any activity which violates the terms of this Agreement. In any such case, CarQ may suspend the user account or permanently debar them from accessing the Website.
